Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI SEO Solutions website at https://aiseosolutions.co.uk and any services provided by AI SEO Solutions ("we", "us", "our") to you ("you", "the Client"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

AI SEO Solutions provides search engine optimisation ("SEO") services including but not limited to: AI-powered keyword research, technical SEO audits, content strategy and creation, link building, local SEO, and performance reporting.

The specific services to be provided, deliverables, timescales, and fees for each client engagement will be set out in a separate Service Agreement or proposal document provided prior to commencement.

2. Acceptance

By submitting an enquiry, signing a Service Agreement, or making payment for services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are as set out in the relevant proposal or Service Agreement.
  • Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance on the agreed billing date.
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services if invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days.
  • All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Term and Termination

Our services operate on a rolling monthly basis unless a fixed term is specified in the Service Agreement. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

  • You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
  • We will provide a handover document summarising work completed.
  • Any login credentials or access provided by you will be returned or deleted.

We reserve the right to terminate immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding invoices, or act in a manner that is harmful, illegal, or reputationally damaging.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver effective SEO results, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to your website, Google Search Console, and Analytics where requested.
  • Review and approve content and strategy recommendations within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure your website and business comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not engage any other SEO agency or take actions that conflict with our agreed strategy without prior discussion.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, you own the content created specifically for your website as part of our services. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, processes, templates, and methodologies we use to deliver services.

We reserve the right to reference your business as a client for case study or portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Results and Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and website performance. We will always use best-practice, ethical ("white hat") SEO techniques and will be transparent about expected timescales and realistic outcomes.

We do guarantee that our work will be carried out with reasonable care, skill, and diligence.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information received from the other party that is not publicly available, including business data, strategies, and pricing. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AI SEO Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services in a manner not authorised by us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
